I boarded my dog here once. The first rule of a good kennel is that you shouldn't be overwhelmed by the smell. It reeked and my dog came home reeking. I would never, ever, ever put my animals here again. When I questioned them on the odor they said it was to be expected. I've boarded my dogs before and never have I been in a place as odorous as this. Also, they told me they had a ""flag"" on her kennel since she was aggressive. This leads me to believe that they basically didn't come near her and essentially threw her food in her kennel and didn't get near her again. She was traumatized. I've since boarded her elsewere and she's been fine and the staff has had no problems with her. She is taken out 2x's daily for playtime and there is absolutely no problem. Also no odor and she comes home clean and non-traumatized!
