have been a tenant here is Starrett City for 10 years and can say the same like a previous member. I was interacting with management for some time to. (Noise compnts) . I agree that the majority of workers in the office are extremely rude!!! The apartements and maintenance is great! (the only thing, that the kitchen cabinets will not be change for 25-30 yrs!!!) highly recommend that all tenants take a stand and make complaints. Some of my friends, who are working... and making 45k-55k were never been approved to get appartments. Cause it's racial discrimination at some point. They have rights to. This is discrimination!!
