We were the first to see the home for rent and to put an application in and I was only told that we will process and contact you in 3 or 4 days. It was well over a week we received a phone call stating they had rented the home to someone else and without even processing our application they continued to show the property, so they kept our application without running the credit to see if anyone else would apply. I called them 2 months ago about another property and they told me there was an application already in and I could check back the next day to see if had been rented. This was very unfair as you can see for them to do! Then I asked if I could have the application back because they did not process it, I was told NO because that is my property. They keep your personal info on hand even when it is not processed for 5 years. So a word of caution, they do not tell you these things so make sure you ask so you will not be treated as unfair as we were.
