Last night I had a group of 15 going to D.F. for a meeting. One of the members arrived very early and was told by a security guard that the owners of D.F. didn't pay their mortgage so was locked out.
So, as someone waited for other group members I went in search of a nearby restaurant that could accommodate all of us.
It was embarrassing to me and gave me a poor impression of the character of the owners of D.F. who should've contacted guests who had reservations or, had they not been able to do so, make arrangements with a nearby restaurant and post a notice on the door.
Sungari restaurant two blocks down, saved the day. The entire group thoroughly enjoyed our meals there.
