Urban body is a great gym if you want no frills. It is sort of dark and gloomy on the inside of this renovated wharehouse, but the equipment is clean and well maintained. The people who work out at Urban body are serious, it is not a pick up social gym by any stretch. Amazingly, my membership does not allow me to take many of the classes they offer in the bulilding next door.
