they did a stone scape plaster on my pool 2 years ago after which there was a problem on a 1 in^3 spot which they patched before filling. Now after 2 years the patch job failed. I called and talked to Karn about coming to look at it. He said he would get to it in the next 2 days. \r

After 4 days I called again and left a message with no return call. 3 days after that same thing. \r

Finally had someone else patch it, but they could not match the stone scape finish.\r

Poor customer service.
Pros: stone scape looks nice
