My husband and I like to dine out a lot, so when we find a great place we like to tell everybody we know. However, when we have a really bad experience, we make sure that the entire world knows about it. \r
The food is great, but the service is atrocious. We've been there several times for the food, optimistic that maybe we had a one time bad experience, but were disappointed to find the same horrible service. \r

To me good service is as important as good food. I have not gone there in a long time, because I dread seeing the hostess & waitresses' attitudes - they'll ignore you for as long as they can and then they'll put on sour faces - as if you are bothering them. I wrote a letter to the owner, but the rude manager/waitress intercepted it. I hope the owner - Jack - monitors his employees better - bad service and/or bad food can damage any business.. These comments are valid for the Aliso Viejo location only , as I have not tried the other locations. Quite frankly I'm afraid of encountering the same type of service - rudeness with capital ""R"".

Cons: Service, Service, Service (from the hostess, to the waiters, to the manager)
