BMW assist called this company to tow my car. I was not there when the car was towed, so I was instructed to leave the key in the center console. Therefore, the tow truck driver was required to open the center console to get the key. My $300 iPod was in the center console also. When I next saw the car at the BMW dealership, the iPod was gone. BMW had not touched the car yet, and had not worked on it. Yet, this sad, sloppy, insolent company will not take responsibility for the stolen iPod. Their driver denies having stolen it. Surprise, surprise. Did they actually think he would admit he stole it?? Apparently, that's good enough for them, but not good enough for me. I will be pressing charges. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE, BELLIGERENT, and draw your own conclusions about whether they are also CRIMINALS!
