Yes, initially you have to occasionally deal with a bit of a language barrier. However,I also recognize that they speak far better English than I speak any other language. The quality and value are worth some extra patience.\r

The flowers (I always order tropical) have been exquisite; very fresh, nicely done, quite fairly priced. Their leis are downright cheap. My orders have been on time, and they have been quite accommodating.\r

Yes, if you want flawless English and to place a snap snap order, probably this isn't the route to go. However, if you can exercise an element of patience you will be quite pleased with the product...unless, however, they don't do well with non-tropical flowers.
Pros: wonderful tropical flowers
Cons: English is the second language of several employees
