I've used this body shop twice and was pleased both times. The shop opens early in the morning, which is nice for coordinating drop off times. The estimates are accurate and they are State Farm preferred, which makes it easy if you have State Farm insurance. The staff is nice and the car looks as good as new. I don't really know about price as my insurance covered the cost.
