It took me a long time to warm up to the idea of personal training, I thought I could do it myself at home or at a gym, but there was always a good reason not to get it done. Since I have been going to FT I look forward to my workouts and never miss them. Having a set appointment in my calendar along with enjoying the workout (which is always fun, different and energizing), gets me there like clockwork. In my opinion it is the best way to work out and it has been transforming not only in terms of my fitness, but overall health and wellbeing.
