This condo is probably the best value for money in town. The location is superb, with the market around the corner, Benaroya Hall and SAM across the street, and the new Four Seasons hotel down the street. The amenities are great, with pool, hot tub, exercise room, business center and meeting room along with a terrific outdoor patio. Our view is southwesterly, which gives us a panorama of the sound from the ferry terminal up to Magnolia. Stunning. We have lived here over a year, and never stop being impressed with the place. And the convenience. Public transport to anywhere within steps, secure parking with attended garage...could go on and on, but when we looked at new offerings in town (almost bought at 2200 Westlake) and totally lucked out. This is superior to that place in all ways.
