this was my first tow. I have heard of illegal acts with this company before and it finally happend to me!\r
I parked downtown in an empty lot on a tuesday night that had NO SIGNS or any evidence of paid parking, etc. I would have been happy to pay the $5 or whatever it would cost to park. When I called to see WHY I had been towed I was told by the extremely unprofessional receptionist that it was because I parked in a valet parking lot. Again, no sign - and I would have been happy to pay valet. Basically just lies to collect money. Lets not act so surprised right?
