Two different receptionists (Ellen and ?) were blatantly arrogant, rude, and unprofessional consistently, over several phone calls. My first stylist Paul, was good, but told me to call his cell phone to book next appointment in order to avoid the terrible receptionist/appt. bookers at the front desk! Worst of all, for my 3rd (and final appointment) James Kendall, allegedly a 'supervisor stylist' was a no show for my appt., a receptionist named Ellen called me 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment - (which I had driven 1 hour in traffic for), was nothing short of an angry c@*t on the phone - informing me that James had taken off for the evening and I shouldn't bother to come in. Don't let the allure of a Rodeo Drive address fool you into thinking this place is special - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE PEOPLE !\r more
