I have been attending the Rookie Rock class with my 1 1/2 yr. old and it is coming to an end (10 wks.) and I will miss it terribly! The age diversity is great for the younger one and older kids. They all learn from one another! The teacher is super enthusiastic, but also knows how to deal with shy kiddos. The songs are memorable and even my 1 1/2 yr. old recalls words from it during the week. (She started saying ""cock-a-doodle-doodle-do""!) We've used many different instruments while singing quiet songs as well as gotten up to ""get our sillies out."" We will be back for sure! Thank goodness Portland now has a better choice for music class!
