Honest & friendly. Big Bear came out same day, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and immediately drove off to get the part. 30 min later the unit was back up and running and I had a spare part with easy instructions if it happened again (was the igniter). Estimate was what was quoted. Would definitely call again. Very personable.
