Currently this place is showing up as 4 stars and the only explanation I can think of is that the day care must be paying CitySearch for this erroneous rating. This is by far the worst one we have ever been to and my daughter has been to a couple of daycares by now. The entire staff is incompetent and rude, director, teachers, just about everyone, however we have met a few really nice teachers that subbed for a few days. When we were looking for daycares, this was the only one available that had any openings. The ones that we wanted were all booked solid for months. This place is dirty, inside and out, with a distinct odor that my daughter reeks of when she gets home. A quick bath fixes that though. They do not have dedicated parking spaces for parents so you will rush to find the first available parking on the street that you can find. We are used to this. When you walk in, you are lucky if the staff looks up to greet you or your child, or say hello. During the day, diaper changes occur while kids are standing up bent forward. The food menu that is posted is not necessarily what is served. This is a problem for us as our daughter has food allergies and fools us into thinking she can have lunch that she can eat. She has fallen in the playground with a bloody nose as a result and even bitten by the kids there all ever without any sort of incident report. We have also had incidents where the heat went out. Many kids are constant sick and due to this, my daughter has been the most sick here than ever before. She has had a constant runny nose since she has been there with occasional fevers to fight infections. None of the equipment is ever sterilized. But it gets better. If you choose to go here, your child may also come down with lice, something my daughter caught from another child. Then you go through the hassle of medications, deep bath, and constant supervision.
