I don't drink a cup of coffee, java, or joe. I drink espresso; only espresso. Macchiato faithfully produces a superb espresso, promptly, in a proper demitazza. Their espresso is smooth, neither sour nor bitter, and has a dark and thick long lasting crema. I have not found a better espresso in Manhattan.
