Let me start off saying that these guys bent over backwards for me. My salesperson (Ralph) treated me as if I were family. I live in Texas and had been searching the web for the perfect RV. Shorewood had it on their lot. They made me such a great deal that I thought it was too good to be true. Ralph assisted me with inspections and went the extra mile by sending loads of pictures since I couldn't inspect in person. It was better than I had hoped for! Thanks for super customer service and going the extra mile! Wish I could drive it back up for all my RV needs. If I come back that way, I surely will! Melinda
