I would not even give this store a one star if possible. I called ahead and made an appointment for my future daughter-in-law to try on dresses. Upon our arrival we were greeted nicely and our salesperson proceeded to take us through the salesroom and show us the different types of dresses, that is where the service stopped. After choosing a few gowns to start with the bride went in the dressing room to try gowns on... what a dissapointment, there was no help in trying the gowns on, the gowns were dirty and two of the three she started with, the zipper was broken. The gowns by Demetrio's are cheaply made, although the prices are high, the detailing of the gowns is heavy and not nicely done. Our recommendation is to save your time and skip this store!
