I called and reserved a room. The man told me my confirmation # was my phone number. We get there and he says we don't have a room. I gave him my confirmation # and my credit card number that I used and he still insisted that I never called. He was very rude and angry. So I leave in tears because we have no place to stay. Today I get my credit card statement and the room charge is on there! I call him up ask him about it and he again gets rude and angry and calls me a liar. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone let alone give him your credit card number! This man should not work with the public!
Cons: The man at the front desk (which I believe is the owner) is very rude and should be in custmer service!
