Heard great things about this place but, after changing into a robe and waiting 20 minutes for my massage my attitude quickly changed. The girl at the front desk apparently forgot about me and I had to walk to the front of the spa in a robe and slippers to ask where my massuse was... The massage started late and finished early and I was still charged full price. No comp, no discount, just a ton of shallow "I am so sorry"s. I wouldn't recomend this place even if my massage has gone smoothly... Very cheap feeling interior, kinda of loud (could hear dorrs slamming during the massage), and quite unorganized. With so many other great options in NYC, why waste your time here?
