I took my car in for an oil change, and I was amazed at how quickly it was done. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! These guys are fast! And they were very friendly, too. Great place for an oil change!

i loved the way they treated us. the nissan dealership in south austin was a nightmare. everyone at round rock nissan was super friendly and ready to help. like i said, the insurance option was a little annoying but i understand it's the man's job so it's cool.
all in all, it was a great experience and i plan on buying my nissans from there in the future. i hope sylvia is there forever! she is funny and so nice! thank you, we love our new versa!
Pros: went out of the way to make us happy

Staff is great. The only thing I can say about the first post is get a better truck, sounds like you have a cheap Dodge that has rear end problems and made out of cheap plastic. Sell the truck, quit being cheap and green about it. The other post if you cannot afford to maintain your car, get a bus pass. Thanks Firestone I will recommend all my friends to the Round Rock Location.

These guys know everything about cars! The store is organized and they have an answer for every question. I can call and I'm never put on hold unless it's to check on a part in stock. If they don't have it they'll find someone who does. The store is clean and well lit. The prices are lower than Auto Zone and Pep Boys. Keeps us coming back.

The one and only time I went into this location I drove in with a flat tire which they happily aired up so I could make it home and have my husband deal with it. When the tire was taken to them to have it repaired, they said the tire was no good and insisted on selling us all new tires. We took it somewhere else and had it plugged. Pressure sales I don't need, just needed the flat fixed. That tire ended up lasting us 2 more years before be bought all new tires (not from them)!

Last year when someone backed into my car. The insurance company said I needed to get 2 estimates for the repair on the front passenger side of my car. My first choice was Aus-Tex (they were close and I heard some good things about them). I walked in and they were very friendly and eager to give me the estimate I need, Unfortunately they were going to charge me $60 for that estimate! What happened to free estimates? I went alittle further down the road and got those 2 free estimates from someone else!
