I have gone to Fluid a few times and have never encountered the hostility from his past Saturday. I'm not sure if mangement has changed or what's going on. My friends had got a VIP table for a birthday party and spent atleast $1,500 if not more. At the end of the night I had my drink wrestled out of my hand by some new bouncer. He didn't identify himself or ask me to put my drink down, he just literally came up to me and snatched it out of my hand. I politely asked to speak to a manager and then this other bouncer came up (probably not a manager) and I explained to him what had happened, he just looked at me and said "I can't do anything about that". I have gone to many places in SF, and in the Bay Area and around the country and I have never been treated so rudely! I will never go back and will advise anyone who wants to be treated with some sort of respect to check out another club or lounge in San Francisco.
Pros: Good Music, Good Drinks
Cons: Horrible Customer Service!
