The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I could rave on and on about their friendliness. They have always answered all my questions and took time to show me items they thought I might like. The prices were reasonable for used clothing and everything was in pretty good condition as well. However, while I was there shopping amoungst the racks I heard the woman, that one of the staff members later identified as the owner, belittling her employees and treating them like trash. I have been in there three times and have witnessed this on every occasion. I was embarrassed for the employees and myself! So despite the great service and fair prices I have decided, and am influencing everyone I can to boycott this company until the owner learns to treat her staff with a little respect and courtesy. I was absolutely appalled by what I witnessed and would encourage everyone to stand up for these workers rights and teach this nasty woman a well-deserved lesson!
