I was referred to Ritual by a friend, and from my first phone call they made me feel like I had been going there for years. They answered all of my questions, gave me directions, and were very professional. When I got to the salon, they offered me a glass of wine and made me feel at home. They were completely gracious, and I haven't even mentioned my hair yet! I didn't know what I wanted to do with my hair, but I knew I wanted something different. My stylist, Shawn, asked me questions about my hair routine and my likes and dislikes with my hair and offered me several different options, describing the maintenance that each would require. We also talked about color possiblities for each one. After deciding on a plan of action, I just sat back and relaxed while Shawn did my hair with the help of her assistant.
