Bad experience with F.S. Marino Realty Inc. in Astoria\r

I walked in their agency of 30th ave in Astoria, and inquired for apt. MERVAT was nice and pleasant, and she took me to look at the place down at Crescent Ave.\r

I liked the place and I was about to take it. First she said that it is a coop, than that her friend own it. I asked to meet with the super, and then she got furious, on why do I have to talk to him.\r

Then she said that she owns the place and that super has nothing to do with it. I said that I want to just get more info from super about building and neighborhood, as well as second opinion. She said that I was strange (!) and that I shouldn?t talk to super. I asked why not, she said why yes?!? Then she stormed out of the building saying, go ahead talk to him and I?ll wait for you outside. I ringed super?s door, and in one minute came out since he was not there. She drove away and left me in front of the building!!! I passed by the agency later and told her that it was rude and unprofessional that she behaved that way, and she was saying that I offended her by asking to talk to the super?!? And than she asked me if I want the apt, again... No thanks.\r

Very unprofessional and it all seemed like a scam, so beware if you have to have business with Mervat.
