Their products are nice, but the customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. The salesman, an older fellow, who said he was the ""manager"", was a complete ignoramus! I find it hard to believe a company could stay in business very long, or at least profitably, with someone like this in charge. Now I know why so many of the contractors I spoke with, and even Lowes and HomeDepot Department Managers, told me to stay away and go to a competitor in South County...

Cons: Not worth the heartache!
