I just drove up to Andrews Sport and Fitness to work out and the entire gym is closed with a sign saying that they have relocated members to another local gym. This would normally be just mildly frustrating news, except that Andrews gym has left us having to pay to join this other gym too. I already paid in full for an entire year at Andrews , and I now have to pay for a new membership at the "relocated gym." Basically, Andrews ran off with my entire year's worth of membership and left only a mapquested sign on their doors to say that we have been relocated--except they meant to say, "You can go to this other gym nearby, but have to pay to be a member there."
The management never called to let their members know that they would be closing their doors and there is no contact name or number and if you call the phone number, it just rings and rings. If anyone has any information about this situation, please post a message. It is a real shame that businesses can get away with taking hundreds of dollars from you, promising months and months of membership, and then in a one week period, close leaving no information for members or a place to workout.
Cons: It closed and took all their members money that had paid in full memberships
