my daughter got married in 2001 and we bought her dress from spoiled lady and had to have alot of alterations done, we were very pleased with them. They did excellent work on her dress and you could not tell that it had been altered. They treated my daughter like she was a princess everytime that we went into the store. I had no clue that you needed to wear certain types of bra's with different dresses and they showed us everything that we needed as well as having jewlery on hand to compliment the gown. When people write negative remarks they need to understand that other people are looking at this information and should think accordingly. My friends daughter is getting married in Sept and almost didn't choose this store because of things that were said about the alterations. I'm sure glad she called and asked me about them. Everything with this store was great, there gowns are very high class and the customer service is great. Thanks for a wonderful experience.\r
