As a chain, Jo-Ann is a good one and I admit I've been on their mailing list since the company came to SoCal. It's sad that there's only one location in the whole SCV because this one is tiny in comparison to others in Los Angeles.
Pros: Good Sales, Seasonal Merchandise
Cons: Small Store Means Lower Inventory Levels
