With most things in life "you need to ask questions". After look through pictures of gondola cruises and talking with various people it soon became obvious that the Crystal Swan with Joe (the gondolier) was the premier ride on the bay. My wife and I booked a "Champaign and Chocolate" gondola cruise with Joe. We loved it and we will take Joe's gondola ride again.
Pros: Joe the gondolier make the experience. Go with Joe.
Cons: Parking can be confusing listen carefully to his directions.
