While I felt the technicians were well educated and knew how to treat muscular and degenerative disease, it was disturbing to see how the office was handled. It appears the receptionist Gabby can 'hire and fire' patients at will. If you have been referred by TRICARE, I would seek another therapy treatment facility. Perhaps the military clients do not offer the pay potential from Uncle Sam that more lucrative insurances might offer. A shame and disgrace. Also, the receptionist is allowed to bring her young children into the office and they can roam into the therapy treatment areas. Very unsettling.
