I have been going to this salon for several years. Once you find a stylist that "gets" you, it's a great experience. The staff is friendly and service oriented. I do agree that the front desk reception staff can be fairly condescending - not sure what that's about - maybe they just need different training. Overall, the best place I've found to get a good hair cut that really works for me.
Pros: Lots of parking - mall location, well-trained stylists, nice atmosphere
Cons: Front desk staff varies - some great, some rude; a bit pricey for a good stylist
