My husband and I went to Rangmahal for the first time on Saturday night and it was the best experience I have had in a Long Island restaurant in quite some time. The service from the minute you walked in to the minute you left was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the chef came out to ask each and every table how their food was and if anything needed improving. Of course, everyone said the same thing, no! How can you improve perfection? The presentation alone was magnificent, but the taste was amazing. My husband had lambchops in the chef's special sauce and they were the best we have ever tasted. I had the lamb tikka masala and it was unbelievable, I could have licked the plate clean. We will definately be going back soon, we were ready the next day! You have to try it, you will want to go back! A jewel hidden in Hicksville!
