HORRIBLE customer service AFTER you purchase the vehicle. Rude service when trying to get anything done with them. I will NEVER buy from them again. Not ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My tire after only 5 months of owning, detriorated. I had to call a tow truck and that is when it was discovered that the spare part to remove my tire was missing from the kit that comes with the car. I called the dealership to let them know that I needed the part, and a guy, Jim,got nasty and rude with me and tried to tell me how I was misinformed and that he was basically doing me a favor just for listening to me tell him what I needed. I never received the second key to my vehicle that I was told I would and ""Jim"" told me that again, I was wrong. He told me to ""calm down"", though my voice tone never changed. Do yourself a favor, RUN don't walk away from this place!!!
