They are very friendly and helpful before you purchase. Once you oder, good luck on getting. Promise after promise on a delivery. I was promised a delivery date. Based on that my wife took a day off to receive the order. Order never came. Called the owner and was brushed off that when they get their delivery they would deliver it. He was caeful in choosing his words to put the blame on the supplier.I'm now three weeks beyond the promise date. Pros: many appliance models on the floor Cons: did not deliver product on promised date. Didn't see to care since they charged by CC more
