I've tried most of the Chinese places in Richmond, and I keep coming back to China Panda on Sheppard. The crab rangoon is good, portions are large and everything I've ever ordered has been exactly what I've wanted when I've opened the packages. Yes, this is pretty much a takeout place, the seating is very small. Don't let that put you off, though. I always get a kick out of calling in an order, as they don't tell me how much it is or even ask for my name, yet it's always ready and they have never made a mistake on my order. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and they're honestly friendly, not the ""hey I have to be friendly to the customers so I'll make myself do it"" friendly. The prices are definitely reasonable. I have a feeling I'll always try different Chinese restaurants but I'll keep coming back to China Panda.
