The blackened catfish was moist, but was covered with spices which was way too salty (and I like salt). Luckily it was easily fixed by scraping most of it off. The collard greens had good flavor and texture. Hush puppies were tasty and not too greasy. Best part of the meal was probably the excellent corn bread, which had a nice crispy top.
