We wanted to return a ring we had put a down payment on before any alterations were made to it. While the women in the store were courteous and helpful, they did not communicate to us at all that it was a final purchase. When we came back to have our money re-credited, the owner would not compensate for the miscommunication of the final sale and insisted that he was doing us a favor by only charging us a 100 dollar credit card transaction fee. He made us feel belittled and stupid for wanting to return something. After we had received our money back minus the 100$, the other store owner who had not been present during the transaction, followed us out onto the street and proceeded to further antagonize us for questioning their policies. I would not recommend this store to anyone because of its rude and unprofessional management.
Pros: easy to get to, some nice jewelry
Cons: terrible management, poor communication, over priced
