I chose Smog Queen out of the short list because it was closest to my work. First of all, its on a busy street and I almost caused an accident finding the place. There was no where to park as there was another car in the driveway. The lady there was somewhat friendly but seemed a little fake to be honest with you. After waiting for the cars in front of me, the technician finally worked on my car. There was only one tech running all the smogs himself. I was in and out in about 50 minutes. He then tells me that I failed for my ignition timing(huh?). He tells me that I have to fix it and gives me a list of repair shops whom I assume are his friends. I take it so my sisters boyfriend who tells me my timing is fine. I feel ripped off.
Pros: clean shop, hot tea
Cons: busy street, no parking
