Had clothes re-cleaned on several occasions because they were either not cleaned the first (sometimes second and third) time, or came back with new stains. Recently dropped off a shirt that had some dark spots on it. After being ""cleaned,"" the spots had turned yellow and there were new yellow stains on the other side. 2nd time around the black-spots-turned-yellow had (nearly) been cleaned; the new yellow stains were still there. Was told that they weren't responsible, that there is nothing that they use that would cause those discolorations (another jacket they had to clean 3 times still has yellowish discolorations on it that it did not have before), that it was my fault. I pointed the black spots had turned yellow after they ""cleaned"" the shirt, so how could they say that? Each time the employee's responses grew nastier, more personal and insulting. I will NEVER return.
