I was really looking forward to dinner at Shula's but was very dissapointed in the entire experience. We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation but they wouldn't seat us right away dispite the fact that there were plenty of open tables (yeah, didn't make sense to me either). The menu is on a football which you get a quick look at while the waiter/ess stares at you awaiting your order. The biggest upset was the steaks. I didn't think they were of the quality of an upscale restauraunt. Just average. The sides were pretty good, with large portions, but for the price, this is not one of my favorites in Chicago or the suburbs. I would definately not go back.
