My friend and I had manicures booked at the same time. We got there exactly on time, and were told that my girlfriend's appointment did not exit, and that I was early. So luckily they ""squeezed"" her in for a half hour later than when we were supposed to have them done. I waited for at least 25 minutes until I was able to sit down to the rudest manicurist I've ever met. The front staff was also incredibly rude and had no sense of running a business! No customer focus at all. It doesn't matter if your place looks ""upscale"" compared to maybe the cheaper walk in ones... but service matters most! I will never go back there again, and have told many locals to stop / or never to go there.
