Very easy to place an order (I'm from CA), polite and friendly service. My sister said the flowers were gorgeous. I asked for a ""exotic"" arrangement, and there were orchids, pink roses, gerbera daisies, very fun and fresh. I would order from Heights Florist again anytime. Also, prompt delivery.
