To comment on previous reviews: The reason they run out of books that kids need for school is b/c the schools DO NOT always warn us in advance that an army of people are coming for a book that we normally don't sell alot of. So if we don't sell alot we don't stock alot-end of story. 2nd, we have a CUSTOMER SERVICE desk where we're glad to help u/look up books for u just like they help u in music/dvd but alot of the time we get pulled away from the info. desk by customers who frankly are PIGS & never put anything back where they got it from OR at least give it to a bookseller to put away! BUT don't get me wrong I LOVE MY Job & I Love B&N.
