I went to Madre's with my husband and my sister-in-law. We all agreed that Madre's has great service-- the staff were very attentive and friendly. The mojito was strong and good. The food, however, was very bland. The mojo on the yucca tasted non-existent. The veggies were without flavor. The sea bass & chicken that we ordered were tender and but completely lacked flavor. The black beans & rice was ""okay"". The highlight of the night was the garlic-infused olive oil that came with the bread and crackers before the meal. I'm not Cuban but I grew up in Miami... in my opinion, Cuban food is MUCH more flavorful and good than what we had at Madre's. Madre's is not recommended for a full meal!
