It has been 17 weeks and still counting... A family member purchased a special order recliner and an in-store sofa in July and is still waiting for the recliner. Estimated delivery time was 6-8 weeks for the special order. We started calling in September when we had not heard from anyone at Tadych. They kept putting us off one week at a time with no one at Tadych seeming to care or do anything unless we called. Over the years, 2 bedrooms were furnished through Tadych without any problems, but now that they are closing, it seems that they don't care about customer satisfaction anymore. 16 weeks after the purchase, they delivered the sofa at our request, even though both should have been delivered together. We are still waiting for the recliner. Very, very disappointed with the lack of follow-through on their part. Cons: Lack of customer satisfaction more
