After receiving poor service from this company, I made a letter complaint and sought a response via post, and did not even get recognised. That was because this company hides its postal address and rejects mail sent to the Rt. 6 Address. Only after finding out the proprietor's personal home address and having the State Attorney General's letters sent there-the owner accused me of harassment. Its a shame I had to leave the country back to my British home because I would have like to continue the issue and make the business understand complaints about business practice do not constitute harassment, no matter how much you don't want to hear it or how much effort you make to avoid it.
