I was fortunate enough to be there as a business dinner but this is one of the restaurants in North America that I'd gladly plunk down my own AMEX for. I ate at Saloon in February 2004 and it still ranks as one of my top three meals ever (View from Nikolai's Roof in Atlanta and Keane's in NYC).
Pros: Sit upstairs, a really neat setting with views of the upstairs bar and windows from the 2nd floor.
Cons: I wouldn't park my own car as mentioned previously.
